A new customer service counter, ramps for disabled, a nursery room, smart toilets and a free filtered water station are in place to allow for a more inclusive, accessible and convenient shopping experience for customers.
+WOO is Hong Kong’s first mall AEIs to receive green building certification. The AEIs incorporate various sustainability initiatives, including rooftop solar panels, EV chargers in the carpark, eco-friendly green walls, enhanced ventilation, and the use of natural lighting.
2019
In October 2019, the completion of asset enhancement initiatives of +WOO has yielded positive return and continued to add to our successful track record. +WOO is the largest shopping mall in Tin Shui Wai, its HK$150 million renovation at Phase1 started in the second quarter of 2018 and completed in October 2019. The revamped mall offers enriched offerings of retail, food and beverages, household products and education services. Coupled with a new branding image, an upbeat ambience and upgraded amenities at Phase 1, +WOO is set to bring new shopping experience to the Tin Shui Wai community.

The main entrance at Phase 1 was reconfigured with a ramp and auto doors, offering convenient access for wheelchairs and baby trolleys. Other barrier-free amenities include disabled lifts, barrier-free customer service counter as well as upgraded toilet provisions cater exclusively for disabled, kids and baby care.
