To capture the potential demand from the new Tuen Ma Line and upcoming Shatin-to-Central Link, asset enhancement initiatives was commenced at the 15,000 sq. ft. food court in Fortune Metropolis in the third quarter of 2021. The renovation project was completed in the first quarter of 2022. With an investment of approximately HK$16 million, the food court is fully revamped with a modern outlook and a holistic redefinition of dining experience with a smart food ordering system and rejuvenated seating area. The new digital ordering system empowered the Manager to create its own ordering APP, bringing much convenience to our customers by placing order with a mobile device.
