The Manager is responsible for the management and administration of Fortune REIT, as well as the implementation of Fortune REIT’s business strategies. This includes proactively sourcing new acquisition opportunities, overseeing its asset management strategies and managing the financing, investor relations and other trust-related matters of Fortune REIT.

ARA Asset Management (Fortune) Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ARA Asset Management Limited (ARA), a real estate fund management company, which was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 2 November 2007.

ARA is an affiliate of the multinational conglomerate, Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited. ARA’s business segments comprise:
