Fortune REIT is the first real estate investment trust holding assets in Hong
Kong. It is sponsored by Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited and was listed on the
Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX”) on 12 Aug
2003.
Fortune REIT holds a portfolio
of eleven retail malls and properties spread across Kowloon and the New
Territories. The manager of Fortune REIT is
